Terms Of Purchase And Refund Policy


We are so glad you have considered purchasing a product or service from us here at Becoming Wiser, LLC (dba Reagan's Sweets), hereinafter referred to as “us”. Your satisfaction is very important to us!



Given the perishable nature of our items, all items on reaganssweets.com are final sale. We work diligently to provide expedited and fast processing; therefore, there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that are in processing.

Reagan's Sweets items are sold AS IS, with no refunds, cancellations, and/or modifications.

If an item is delivered damaged or spoiled, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team by the email or phone number on your invoice within 7 days of pickup/delivery in order to resolve the issue. Please include photos of any damage. Items damaged after pickup by or delivery to the customer are not eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.

Order Change Requests

We will review and consider requests for customizations outside of listed options on the product pages, but we cannot guarantee that we can meet such requests. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and communicated with the customer.

If you would like to modify your pickup date, we ask that you please provide your request for modification at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled pickup date; if you need to modify the time only (same date), please provide your request with 24 hours' notice. We do our very best to accommodate requests, however, not all requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled. The sooner you get in touch, the better!

If you reach out with less than 3 business days until your requested or scheduled business date, we unfortunately are much less likely to be able to make any changes. We appreciate your understanding!

Please be sure to double-check all your order information prior to finalizing your order.

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds on any of our products or services. Deposits for orders placed are non-refundable.


Cash on Delivery/Pickup Payments

If you purchase a product with any or all of the balance due upon pickup/delivery, you are responsible for the agreed-upon amount. If payment is not received upon pickup/delivery, the items will not be released or replaced, and any deposit paid will not be refunded.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by an act of God; hostility; telecommunication outage; government restrictions; a pandemic or other event outside of our reasonable control.
